ACCOMMODATION SINGLE SUPPLEMENT
Accommodation is based on two persons sharing in a twin or double room / tent. Single rooms are provided at an additional cost (single room supplement).
ALTERATION TO TOURS
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or cancel the operation of a scheduled tour should conditions necessitate.
It also reserves the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
Price are based on tariffs and other operational costs prevailing at the time of printing.
Safari prices are subject to change without notice, due to foreign exchange fluctuations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Mail the above reservation with your non-refundable deposit of $1,000 per person to Hemingway Safaris, Inc.* The balance is due 90 days prior to your departure date.
* Deposit for the Waitlist is completely refundable.
All cancellations must be received in writing and your balance of payment will be refunded as follows:
Up to 60 days prior to departure – 50% of the total cost is forfeited
Less than 60 days prior to departure – 100% of the total cost is forfeited
Unless the allocated space can be filled

PASSPORT & VISAS
The guest is responsible for all necessary visas, passports and air travel. The onus is upon the guest to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited. Hemingway Safaris cannot be held liable for any visas, etc. not held by the guests, nor the cost of visas.
You must have two consecutive visa pages (not endorsement pages) in your passport for travel to Africa.
LIABILITY
The company and its agents act only as agents of the tours, transport, etc. and shall not be liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The company liability to passengers carried in its own vehicle is governed by the laws of the country in which the tour takes place and no other country.
All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the actions arises.
The company reserves the right to employ subcontractors for all or part of the services.
The company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damages to luggage.
WAIVER FORMS
A signed Waiver Form is required for all Hemingway Safaris.
A copy of the Waiver Form is available ahead of time upon request.
